The upcoming exams have keep you all busy. So, even though the Comp exam is already over, we still have Oral and the paper. You all must study hard and do your best! Good Luck to all of you! I know, some of you have already take the Oral but some of us still haven't. Just don't stress yourself. And, try to strike a balance between games and work. That will keep you healthy.

My computer's CPU has changed and there is no MSN there. So, I think that we cannot chat anymore, only at school and at the tagboard. And, I hope that everyone of you, including me, that we will show our true self to the teachers. Anyway, Good Luck! :D

Today, our school celebrated International Friendship Day(IFD). It was at the starting of the school hours when we need to read our books and then after that, we celebrated it.

At the first part(it was the warm-up)we needed to sing' Heal the World' by Micheal Jackson. I am sitting between two boys, one on the left while another on the right. The person on my right and the other person of the person on his right was singing it so loudly. They were even making fun of the chorus of the song. On my left was Keith Loh, while on the right side was Chen Juam. Chen Juam and the boy sitting beside him was called Jordan Tan. They were very disgusting and irritating because of the making fun.

I was very annoys at first but I ignored them. :D After singing the warm-up, we had flag-raising ceremony. Then, IFD started...by saying how it is formed and whatsoever.

They asked us what the landmarks shown on the PowerPoint was from what countries. Some are simple and obvious like the Twin Towers and the Merlion. Next, about the different countries how they use Rice to do their dishes. Before that, we sang 'Heal The World' again and 'Planting Rice'. And the Thailand's Bamboo Dance. Most of teachers went up to try. I really enjoyed it. They told us the web:http://www.ifd2009.com.sg/ and go to the library to do the quiz. There are ten countries in ASEAN and I am going to show you their flags.

Maybe a bit too small...

End of post.:D

Today, the whole of the P4 level went to Kampong Glam. It was very sunny there. On the bus, the guides told us things about Kampong Glam and Singapore, like the history. And some of the malay songs. Of course, there are questions to answer and prizes to be given. I quite like the trip of kampong Glam.

I didn't bring some food to eat so when it is our break time, we went to seat at the top of the restaurant and teacher said that we need to sit in our groups. Our group, Twilight has a lot of things to eat. We shared the things we bought but I didn't bring so they ask me to eat. People from other groups wanted to eat the food, but we said that it is only for our group. Hehe....

Anyway, we went back to school at about 12-1++ and went to the canteen to wash our hands and eat the lunch they gave us. We needed to use our hands to eat it. I only ate the rice and the others I don't want to eat it. But at least I ate some.

I think that the trip to Kampong Glam was very interesting and fun. I hope we can go there again. But it was very warm there. I enjoyed the trip very much. :D

Today, my class went to science centre to do the Food From Plants. We leaved the school at 8+( I think). When we reached there, we had to settle things things there for a while. Our teachers gave us a ticket to go in. And there was 3 adults there. when the Science Centre Singapore has opened, we headed for the Eco-garden. We were in our science groups. My group name was: Twilight. There are 4 pupils in the group. It was Natasha, Yee Chong, Chen Juam( Chen Zung's younger brother) and me. The eco-garden was very dirty but we still need to go in because we were doing the excercises on the booklet.

My shoes was full of mud when they asked us to go to the grass patch( it's big,you know). It has lots of mosquitoes but I think I din't have one mosquito bit. After going round the eco-garden, we went to the Lab at the 3rd floor.

We went through the booklet and did some things. We even get to try to make our own salad! Want to know the ingredients? Here it is.

1) Apple
2) Raisins
3) Lettuce
4) Cherry Tomato( small tomatoes)
5) Baby Carrot(small carrots)
6)Lemon
7) Potato Chips
8) Sunflower seeds
Okay, its kind of wierd putting things like potato chips and so on. This is because the potato chips attract children to eat the salad. Yee Chong and Natasha was cutting the things while Chen Juam and me tear the lettuces.

I quite like the salad we made because I love to eat all the ingredients. Didn't know why Chen Juam and Natasha didn't like it. Probably they didn't like to eat vegetables and fruits. Yee Chong and me liked it very much. We also did the work inside the booklet like Activity 3. We were needed to write down the name and the part of the food. Natasha and Chen Juam didn't help much, but Natasha ate the chocolate that was expired.

I really loved this trip and hope we can do it again. I have also learnt more things about Science. We went back to school to do things after that.

Back to school. Teacher said that she let us go to the canteen to eat and play at the blue court. We didn't play much...And soon, it was time to go to the classroom. We still had to do some thhings.

You don't think its so good to have this field trip because you still get to do homework for my class. I'm going to go now. :)
